Local Pickup
Email us for a coupon code to remove the shipping fee at check out and arrange a pick-up time from our showroom in Brooklyn.
Domestic Orders
All orders are shipped within 5 days of purchase via USPS. Domestic packages are sent Flat Rate Priority mail and typically arrive 1-3 days of shipment. Once an item has been shipped, MALL is not responsible for packages lost or damage in transit.
International Shipping
For international shipping inquiries, send us an email for a quote.
Returns
Please contact laura@letsgotothemall.xyz before returning any items. All items may be returned for refund within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified. All items must be unused and unworn. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be processed upon receipt. MALL is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
Any items marked final sale in the description are non refundable. Face masks, hats, socks, and lingerie are always final sale. Made to order pieces are final sale. International orders are final sale.
